Is zzrough not maintaining his/her extension anymore?

Oh, this is a long story... I've made this fork 2 years ago to implement tabs and push them to mainstream. I've made a "pull request", but zzrough still not applyed it because of "no time" reason. And this 2 years original extesnion was almost not developed. How can I manage updates? Upload new versions like a new extension with new version but the same ID, or there is a special button "Upload new version". I can't find button like this.
