We can't distribute GPLv3 extensions, as they are not GPLv2 compatible.
Well, since I am the only author I suppose I could change the license. I thought that gplv3 would be compatible with v2 since gplv2 allows distribution of software on any later version. Oh well, no matter, I guess I just don't understand the licenses as well as I thought. I'll be reviewing the license and resubmit the extension again. Once again, thanks for your input.
