Why `window` is null? Because you are doing it wrong. I wrote about this one before in the port guide: https://gjs.guide/extensions/upgrading/gnome-shell-40.html#get-prefs-window-and-resize-it You can come to GNOME Matrix channel, so we can help you with issues like this: https://matrix.to/#/#extensions:gnome.org btw, it's safe to drop `show_all()` for prefs widget in >=3.36. and please remove those `log()`s. logs should be only available in debug mode.
I see what I did wrong with window null. I'm dyslexic so sometimes really ahve to focus on these things :) Removed the log() left behind from when I started this. Is the matrix channel different than gnome:shell-extensions on IRC (polari?) Thanks for the review, this one seems to be working fine.
If you see me in that room it should be the same :p
