Change window transparency two ways: click the panel icon to toggle the focused window's opacity, or hold a modifier key (Alt by default) and scroll the mouse wheel over any window to adjust its opacity.

Once you send it for review, it can only be approved or rejected. You can inactive an approved version if want (in your extension page).
Really hope Gnome can update this extension reviewing system a little bit...
