Adds a button to the status menu to turn off the screen. (requires 'xset' and 'xinput' (xorg). On wayland it instead activates the screen saver. So make sure it is configured appropriately.)

## changelog added custom keybinding and support for 3.16
A similar functionality for GS Versions prior to 3.10 is already implemented by l300lvl (https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/242/blank-screen/). I just updated his code for newer shell versions because he was inactive for over a year and I needed this extension to work. The big problem in making it compatible with older shell versions is the transition from the user menu to aggregated menu in 3.10, which has a completely different approach on code for menu entries. Not impossible though so maybe I will go for it.
