As requested, removed the unnecessary '===' checks. Not pretty indeed. Some of them I had there after testing to deal with API changes across GNOME versions. Could you kindly check if its now OK?

1. Please remove unnecessary `?.`. 2. Where did you find `window.get_min_size()` function (line 329 `layout_storage.js`)? I cannot find that in my docs. 3. `window.get_monitor` exist. No need to check (line 321 `layout_storage.js`).
