Blur my Shell

Adds a blur look to different parts of the GNOME Shell, including the top panel, dash and overview. Note: if the extension shows an error after updating, please make sure to restart your session to see if it persists. This is due to a bug in gnome shell, which I can't fix by myself.

Please don't use `imports` (line 1 `conveniences/pipelines_manager.js`). You can import the `misc.signals` (the ESM way) and extend the `Signals.EventEmitter`: [GNOME Shell 43 Port Guide: Signals.EventEmitter](https://gjs.guide/extensions/upgrading/gnome-shell-43.html#signals)
