What is `initial.js` doing?
I cannot read the GitHub page (https://github.com/mozillazg/python-pinyin), Is that a transliteration?
There is an English version (https://github.com/mozillazg/python-pinyin/blob/master/README_en.rst) of that page. `initial.js` obviously converts Hanzi[1] to its pinyin initial[2]. Is that malicious?
