A LocalSend client integrated into the GNOME Quick Settings Files, text and clipboard data can be sent to nearby devices upon the user's request using the appropriate buttons in each device's dropdown menu.

You cannot do that spawn in extensions (line 79-101 `localsend.js`). If you want to do that, it should be inside another app, and that should be a dependency of this extension. Then they can communicate between each other with [D-Bus](https://gjs.guide/guides/gio/dbus.html)
That spawn only creates the certificate on first launch, so I could just drop it and have some dialog which guides the user on how to do it themselves..?
