Vintage digital display with a high-fidelity 7-segment look. 10 color themes, custom colors, ghost segments, CRT scanlines, desktop widget mode, a quick color-switch menu, a date tooltip on hover, and integrated alarms with an on-screen dialog so they're never missed. Draws its digits from SVG path data embedded in the extension's code (no system font installation needed) and plays alarms through GNOME Shell's native sound theme; no bundled audio, font or image files.

v80 is a polish release: a few fixes, some small options and a Spanish translation. No new permissions. Two new GSettings keys (sharp-digits and date-format). The zip now includes locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/relojlcd.mo, built from po/es.po with gnome-extensions pack --podir=po; the extension reads no other file. Digit drawing: if a digit can't be drawn (an SVG error), GlyphTextureCache now catches it, logs it once and leaves that digit blank. Before, the error could stop the clock timer and freeze the clock. HiDPI: the digits are now drawn at the monitor scale (global.display.get_monitor_scale), so they are sharp on scaled screens. A new switch, sharp-digits (on by default), turns it off for people who prefer the softer look. The texture cache is now capped at 512 entries; it used to grow every time the font size changed. Clock timing: the clock used a repeating timer that could sit up to a second behind the real time and sometimes skip a second. It now uses a one-shot GLib timeout that is re-armed on every tick to the next real second (or half second when the separators blink). It is re-armed before drawing, so a drawing error cannot stop it, and it is removed in disable(). Alarms are checked on the second boundary, and the blinking separator now comes from the wall clock instead of a counter. Date order: new date-format key (dmy, mdy or ymd) with a matching option in the preferences. The default is the same DD-MM-YYYY as before. Desktop widget: it listens to monitors-changed (connectObject, disconnectObject in disable()). If the saved position is on a monitor that no longer exists, the widget moves to the primary monitor. The saved position is not overwritten, so the widget goes back when the monitor returns. Names: every name shown to the user (alarm notification, update notice, accessible name, panel button) now comes from metadata.name; before there were three different spellings. The uuid, schema id and gettext domain did not change. Preferences: the rows were moved to libadwaita (Adw.SwitchRow bound with settings.bind), and the deprecated Gtk.ColorButton was replaced by Gtk.ColorDialogButton. Reset now restores every key except the alarms, the widget position and internal keys. Two fixes: group titles with an ampersand ("Color & Glow") were blank because libadwaita reads titles as markup, and alarm labels with & or < had the same problem; both are now escaped. This needs libadwaita 1.4, which GNOME 45 already ships, so the supported versions (45 to 50) are the same. Spanish translation: added po/es.po, using the existing gettext domain (relojlcd). Cleanup: removed CSS properties St does not support (position, z-index and similar), redundant queue_redraw() calls, a style cache that never hit, and all code comments. When the clock changes size in the panel, the log can show Mutter's "Can't update stage views actor ... needs an allocation" message. I tested it with the extension's layout handlers turned off and it appears the same, so it does not seem to come from the extension.
